Blessed Obedient Saved Sister

“I survived for me.
I built this for you.”

Our mission is to provide safe, compassionate, and empowering spaces for survivors of
domestic violence—especially women, men,
and children—to heal, rediscover their voices,
and rebuild their lives without fear.

“Survivors
are believed”

Our Purpose

The Boss Foundation was born from a survivor’s journey,
but it exists for every woman, man, and child impacted by domestic violence.

Our foundation is more than a name—it is a safe space,
a hand extended, and a promise kept
 to those who feel
alone in their pain. Here, survivors are believed, voices are heard, and the path to healing is lit with compassion
and hope.

We are built on five pillars:

  • Safety – Every survivor deserves to feel secure and protected.

  • Truth – We honor every story without judgment.

  • Healing – Trauma does not define you; healing is
    always possible.

  • Empowerment – Survivors are not just survivors—
    they are warriors and thrivers.

  • Community – No one should walk this journey alone.

Through our programs—like Reigniting Me, our healing candle-making sessions; Survivor Support Circles; and The Purple Pledge—we help survivors reclaim their light, rebuild their lives, and rise in their own strength.

“WE ARE

HERE FOR YOU”

You Deserve Better, get help!

Your safety is the most important thing. If you are experiencing domestic violence, please know that you deserve help. It doesn't matter who you are—man or woman, what your background is, or the color of your skin. We are here for you. You don't have to be afraid.

Our Promise

“This foundation is the legacy of my strength,
the hope for yours, and a promise
to every woman, man, and child
that they are not alone.”
